I love Hay Day, Ive been playing for years now. I was really disappointed in the Boosters feature. I chose some boosters as my reward in the Derby (Champion League), and tried to use them for the next derby, only to find out they cost diamonds to activate. So I spend diamonds on Tom and try to win in the derby, only to get rewards that cost money to use? So lame.

Having the same problem everyone is having with the recent update. Wrote support this AM their answer was to reinstall the game. Now the 28th and it still does not work. REALLY? Come guys you broke it now fix it!!!!!!

Love game just dont do up date because it goes into never never land and just wants to do update and you lose all your work and money.

Please hurry with the maintenance!!

Ever since the update hay day will not update. Just keeps looping back to please update when you try. Please fix it we love playing hay day.

I love love love this game. Why wont it let me play? It said today to check back in 20 minutes and now its doing the same exact thing it was. Uggghhh fix it!!!!!!

New update not offering download button for iPad Air ?

If you are reading your reviews, you have some disgruntled farmers!!!! You need to fix this or your farmers may go elsewhere!!!! Its been like 3-4 days!!! Please advise us!!

Since the update the game has been horrible. Im currently stuck in an endless loop of "download game" but then there isnt anything to download. The derby has started and Im not happy at ALL that I cant access the game to work on it. *seriously frustrated*

I cant download the update for HayDay. Its a continuous loop , download , to the app and Open back to HayDay download . HELP !

*****Contrary to the note in your gift this morning...(3/28/17)......the game is NOT fixed and everything is NOT working fine!!! Every time I go to the little pink house and click in one of my neighbors in my team....I am still getting kicked out of the game!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!

This app is awesome

I open the game, it tells me there is new content to download. I click download, the App Store opens, and it only gives the option to open the game. I cannot play if I cannot download! Please fix this issue.

It tells how addicted I am to this game! I got so frustrated that I couldnt get to update and play the game last night and this morning ....was Hoping they could get it fixed by tomorrow. Wow they really got it fixed fast! Now I am relieved and happy again! Thank you very very much Hayday team programmers! Hope you guys will get a good break and celebration!

I just reached level 18, which was exciting because of neighborhoods. I was browsing the neighborhoods and I joined one, but then I changed my mind and left. If you leave a neighborhood, you cant play in the derby for a week! I hadnt gotten a chance to play it, and now I cant for another week, which is really disappointing. It would be a good idea if you could check out different neighborhoods, joining them and leaving them without loosing the derby for a week. I think you should make a setting that if you join a neighborhood, you have 15 minutes to decide to stay in it or not. After 15 minutes, youre "in" that neighborhood, and THEN the derby is on the line if you decide to leave. I hope you regard this review because its pretty frustrating that I wont get to play the derby for another week… Another thing, when browsing neighborhoods, the whole interface is a little confusing. You should be able to refine results with several filters. Aside from these two things, I really enjoy the game! I like the animals and achievements, the truck orders are both fun and challenging, and theres always so much to look forward to in the next level. Materials to upgrade barn and silo are a bit too difficult to come by, and that could be better, but the difficulty with those materials isnt always highest priority.

Its been two days. Cant update or play

I absolutely love this game soooo much, but there is a problem. Whenever the ticket comes up to watch the ads to get free stuff, it doesnt work right. I get 2 things free without watching the ads. But I want all 4 things! I dont care about watching the ads, I just want my stuff.

I love this game. Would like to play, but I cant. Its been that way for more than two days!!! I open the game to a screen that says I need to download new version. I click "Download" and App Store seems to think Im current and tells me I can "Open". I click Open and Im again told that I need to download. Loop. Loop. Loop. Lots of others have reported this problem. Pretty lousy user support. I also notice that new app reviews/complaints are no longer being displayed. I think maybe its time for me to move on to a different game.

Hay Day says I have to update. When I go to update, it says to open. I click on open and it does nothing. Very frustrating!! I have played this game daily for some time now. What is going on? I DO NOT want to lose all that I have done!!
