The game keep crashing, when I finished a task for a derby it doesnt go away, it stays up in the corner, when I check it says expired, can you guys fix the glitch?

when you open the game and it says you need to update you need to go to the APPSTORE AND UPDATE IT THERE NOT FROM IN GAME

Please help us to update. Just a loop going around and around, cant even play the old hayday before the update. Ive tried everything.

I am stuck in the same loop as others. Back and forth between download and update. Cant even open the game now. What a disaster.

Beyond dumb update procedure...

Hey Hay Day ! Your 27/03 update keeps looping the loop from "you must update" to "open" and so on! So Whats happ? Keep up the good work, all the best ! Dominique

I can no longer play hay day cause the app makes my phone die almost instantly. It kills your battery. Shame. Ive had to stop using it!

Nothing is working.I am trying to update and cant get into the app. When I tap open it just sends me back to the game where I am told to go to the App Store to update. Just a cycle.

Same prob as all....will NOT give an option to download once sent to App Store. HELP

I adore this game but havent been able to play in over 24 hours as I cannot download the new update!! Im going insane with the roundabout.. plz fix soon, I miss my farm ?

Its been more than 24 hours and I still dont have the update. I am consistently bounced from the game to the App Store then back to the game. This is so disappointing

Keeps pulling me back to the helpers after any jumping from town or fishing etc and basically every action.. but still love the game!

I order some thing from the gift card catalog and I never got it would be because of the update but I wanted it my farm in called lol assume pleas fix

Everytime I try to download the update, it only has the option to open. Then it tells me to download. One big circle jerk.

God damn it such an update. So many users youll lose, if it go like this!!! And pleaseee let Tom work with gold and so many things. Make it easyy, not HARD..

I love your game. Please fix the issue with the loop between the game and the update at the App Store. It never stops! I am sad that this has not been fixed yet.
