Fortunately for me, I play on both platforms because like so many others I cannot download the update to my IOS. New update-download needed-no download option-only open which takes you back!!!!!!!!

I love this game. Over the years there have been very few glitches. But this one is making me go in circles and I cannot even get into the game! Its going to affect our neighborhood derby. Please fix asap. Thanks.

Game has not been able to load all day

I am very upset today with this update. I cannot get it loaded at all. It goes back and forth from download to open to download to open and does nothing. I am very frustrated that I wont be in the derby now for this week. Please help to fix this!

The derby will begin shortly and I still cant get into the game because the update is not available! I have been checking all day and still nothing. I have used diamonds to use Tom and the two helpers. I hope I will be compensated for the lost day!

Tried to play today but it tells me to update. I click on update, it takes me to the app page which just says to open. I havent been able to play all day!!

I have been unable to access the game since the update. It is looping, telling me to update then download. Please help.

I absolutely love this game but I would love to see some changes. I gave noticed that the cats has kittens and the dogs have puppies but the rabbits,horses and donkeys dont I would love to see baby bunnies,horses and donkeys on this game. Also they are really high priced to get these types of animals I think they should be lower or on orders that you get vouchers maybe double them something besides just 1 because it takes forever to be able to get a pet

I love this game. Would like to play, but I cant. Its been that way all day. I open the game to a screen that says I need to download new version. I click "Download" and App Store seems to think Im current and tells me I can "Open". I click Open and Im again told that I need to download. Loop. Loop. Loop. Lots of others have reported this problem. Pretty lousy user support. I think maybe its time for me to move on to a different game.

Have been playing for almost 2 months now and really like the game. Now I seem to be having the same issue everyone else seems to be having ? and there was no option to download it directly from App Store. Get it fixed guys!

I started playing this game 4 years ago when my father was in ICU. It gave my mind something to be happy about. Nut mow I cant open it and I am very sad. It says I need to update but then wont open. ?

Love be the game but hate the continuous lines of download then open and back and forth it been over 2 yrs and enough money has been spent to not have to deal with all this crap yes I am very angry and have not been able to play for 2 days now

Played the game without any glitches, until the update....that was early this morning, its approx 12 hrs. later now, and am still getting the "need to download an update" message. Then transferred to app page where its only choice is to click "send". It sends you back to the first "need download message" and youre stuck in this loop forever!! Please Supercell!! Fix the game!!!

Please help tried to update an now will not let me connect to the game? I been playing about 6/7 years now this is crazy? Please help?
