Update disaster 3/27/2017

Played the game without any glitches, until the update....that was early this morning, its approx 12 hrs. later now, and am still getting the "need to download an update" message.
Then transferred to app page where its only choice is to click "send". It sends you back to the first "need download message" and youre stuck in this loop forever!! Please Supercell!! Fix the game!!!
