Have been trying for many minutes and cant get update or play my morning game.

This games is really fun but I am having a problem with updating. I went on the app and it says I have to update it so I push the download button and it takes me to the AppStore and when I looked at the update button there was not one it only said open. Please fix this I really enjoy playing HayDay

I love playing Hay Day...especially with the addition of neighborhoods, new areas, and the derby. My only suggestion would be that machine slots allow goods to be produced simultaneously rather than waiting in queue. This would give more incentive to spend gems for more slots. However, I cannot update to the latest version. I select the download button from the splash screen and it takes me to my App Store, but it only has an "open" option which loops without loading the update or the game. I have the latest iOS for my iPad installed and memory is not a problem. I have restarted my iPad, but same result. Will continue trying, but this happened before with Boom Beach.

Cant play becuase of the update that is available in the App Store........ but yet there is no update in App Store...so just S.O.L till it is patched through... was in middle of derbies

Sends me to App Store for update but there is none, just open. Please fix this!!

I play this game a lot. When I went to log on this morning it said it needed an update. So I clicked update but there is no update available on the App Store. Will update rating when this problem is fixed. In the meantime I cannot play the game because of this. Very frustrating!!!

Whenever I open Hay Day it says there is an upgrade thats needed OK thats fine. I click to go to the store, whenever I go to the store it says "open" not "update". I read online this is an issue a lot of people are having but is anybody going to get this fixed for us????????

So I attempted my morning farm duties, and it tells me I need to update! No problem, just went to the App Store, but there is no way to get the update. Do I need to delete first, and if so, will I lose my data? Getting frustrated that I cannot even play the version before the update. Please help!

The best game i have ever played.

*****Ever since the update this morning (3/27/17)....every time I try to go to my neighbors property, I get kicked out of the game. PLEASE FIX THIS! Going to the neighbors property is an important part of the game.

I have been playing this game for two years and never had issues. Now since the update today it keeps saying the server is offline. Please fix this issue.

Ive been trying to open Hay Day, but it says an update is needed. The App Store states that I have the current version and directs me back to the game, which directs me to the App Store. Couldnt find any way to contact the app developer, was unable to log into the forums, and this issue is not listed in the troubleshooting section.

I updated HayDay and it wont let me on the game. It keeps saying update for 5 diamonds.

The new update will not download on my ipad 2. Now I cant play at all.

Hi, I download it but I dont have so much diamond so when I want to just have more things or change team ✖️ it cost me a lot of diamond THATS ISNT FARE thank you to change it now to have more diamond or reduct it ?
