I cant get it to download new upgrade please help. Im not able to play with the game at all?????????????????????

The catalog for the road side shops arent working for me

Love this game. But I cant update to the new version. The App Store says "open" and not update. For awhile my phone wouldnt let me even open the game. I was stuck in a loop of update to open. The icon on tablet and phone updated but not the game. How long will this take? Im ready to see the new things.

Still cant get on the game . In circle of death, download then update back to download, then update. How,have some people been able to,get on when others cant? It has been 15 hours not fixed yet.

Ever since the new update the newspaper half loads or doesnt load at all. Only shows empty pages. Dont like the new update

Thanks to all the hay day developers and I really cant wait for another update! Speaking of updates I didnt even see the scarecrow for the crops I guess I didnt update it right. Overall its a really fun game thanks to all of hay day!!!?

With this update, the quality of the items showing up in the newspaper are much better, but even if you click RIGHT as the newspaper updates, its already too late to buy anything. I love the game, but this glitch has made it almost too frustrating to play. Just take the newspaper away if youre going to make it impossible to use.

Having the same problem as others have reported. Circle of death.... open Hayday...need to update and go to store and no update button. Ive read its supposedly due to Apple not releasing the update yet but I know others are playing it with an iPad. Very annoying and has happened for at least the last 2 updates. Im running Tom and the 2 helpers atm as well /sigh

This new update took forever to download then when I tried to open the app it wouldnt load properly. Once I finally started playing, I had gotten a package delivered to me and inside was 10 diamonds but I guess the app had glitched because now its saying I never received the diamonds. The app was working perfectly fine until this new update.

Been working on this for three hours and this is what is happening, Click on download then goes to the App Store. Theres no update to download just says open. Once I open it, it goes back to the original download

Great way to spend your time

The game is great and a lot of fun. I have been playing for a couple of years now, but the version I have is telling me I need to update, but when I go to the App Store its not showing there is an update available. So until this bug is fixed I am unable to play.

Cant connect without the update... wheres the update??

Hay Day will not open without the new update & there is no update button available in the App Store for my apple iphone7!!!! Only the open button which takes me back to HayDay game under update needed to open.
