The update does not work. Says update, then says open, goes back to update. Möbius strip that never ends.

I LOVE this game, but a few improvements could help. Only 13 + can play? I think it should be 10+ or 11+. There are not any swears so it might be able to be lower...

Lucky for me I decided to read the reviews! I thought my iPad was having an issue. Please communicate to the other players that there is an issue with the update. This is extremely frustrating!!

I downloaded the update and now the app wont open.

I love it because it added new animals it never ends and I get on it every day the thing is that they as for Facebook but I dont have it so try not to ask to much

The sanctuary update will not load to my iPad. It loaded to my android phone with no problems. Been trying all day. Have turned off iPad and also tried going in through the App Store, both many times. Nothing works.

I like it but it doesnt seem like there are too many people playing because nothing is ever for sale

Been playing for years but cannot load new version on my iPad.

The update loop has occurred to me the last two or three updates. Super annoying but they fix it every time. Be patient.

Love the game, really frustrated with loop that will not let me open Crazy Farm

Game is VERY repetitive after a while. There "events" arnt even true events but doing the same tasks you always do for little reward in return. They came out with new content today, animals and I cant even unlock it. And Im level 57!!!!! Yet nothing mentioned of a level restriction. :(

I love Hay Day but whenever its almost done loading it crashes.Please fix that!?????????????
