Stuck on connecting screen

I was unable to connect to Hay Day since the first day I traveled, July 20, and Im still stuck on the connecting screen after Im back. Im stuck on the connecting screen and never got connected to the game. Im using an iPhone 7 plus and my iOS is updated to the newest version 10.3.3. Ive found out that Im not the only after I googled "Hay Day problems". Hay Day, please fix this problem ASAP, it has been long enough!
