Ridiculous!

I cant believe Im being asked for my credit card info just to download the game on my iPhone?!
Why do you need my credit card info? I thought the game was free? It was before when I used a different cell phone. Im really upset that it wont let me download the app because theres no money in my account? Im really sickened by this!!
