Very bad customer service

I used to play this game all the time. After the derby started it became a nightmare. People fighting, had to buy everything or you had little option to play.
I lost a ton of diamonds and things would just disappear. Customer service NEVER helped me. I never got my diamonds back which cost me a lot of money. I was so sick of how childish people became over the derby, I quit. The other issue is that if you do not belong to a derby team dont expect to get far level wise. The derby is the same thing every time. It just became boring and contentious. Too bad. It started off well.
