Notifications jump scare!?❗️

Everytime I get a freakin notification its so loud it scares the crap outta me!Geez like a random cow in my sleep just moos in my ear...I have to have my volume that high for my alarm and the notifications and the train whistle just gets me ever time ??I might have to turn notifications off for a while LOL
