Fun, but needs serious tech support

I loved this game, but they make you have the helpers for a whole week. They do not help. Theyre blocking me at every turn and generally in my way. On top of that, my connection drops all the time-and I lose things that I thought I had. Example: Ill grow corn, then wheat and make food for animals, grow more wheat and my game will glitch and close itself out. When it finally reloads, I dont have food or wheat, so Ill have to redo that, but my time has moved up, so my corn is finished. It does this all the time. Tech support is USELESS. I know theyre making money because Ive put money into this game. If youre going to charge a ridiculous amount of real money for diamonds and in-game money, at least have the decency to have reasonable tech support.
