Money money money

Ive been playing this game for quite sometime, Im on a fairly high level. . Seems to have more and more bugs. Lots of maintenance down time ( usually during a derby), but rarely are the bugs fixed properly.
After the last update they added a new element. Along with an unreasonable amount of the usual things you need, theyve added something called expansion permits. They keep saying its random for all players, and equal opportunity for everyone to receive these permits from various places.
Not so. Unless youre prepared to buy packages and spend a lot of money to keep opening these mystery boxes , forget it. Youll be waiting forever.
