No tech support!

My roadside shop no longer works; cant buy or sell items. Support only gave me a curt reply, accusing me of using a 3rd party app and will not do anything to help me. I have NEVER used a third party app or outside website to do anything for Hay Day. Basically they are falsely accusing me of cheating! Why cant they admit the error is on their side and just fix it? Also, do NOT buy diamond packages. Thats when the glitches started. And yes I bought the package through Hay Day-not a third party app!!
