Bad tech support and force you to make purchases

The game is fun but they make it so that you have to purchase diamonds to get things done. If you dont purchase then it takes forever to get anything done. Their features are very limited.

Dont ever try to ask tech support for any assistance. They reply with generic unhelpful answers. There are no undo options or any way to adjust mistakes. Their philosophy is basically that what is done cant be undone. So if you delete anything it is gone forever. They do not accept any accidents or mistakes. I guess they feel they are learning opportunities. And I learned that I dont enjoy this game any more.
