More Problems Since Update

Since the latest update, I have even more problems now...my animals dont stay fed when I feed them, when I collect their milk, etc. it does not stay that way, when I make animal food the count is off and disappears while its processing and I cannot upgrade the level on my town hall even though it should be higher now at my level.
This really sucks. Fix it please!!!
