WAITING!!!!!

Thats all that has been happening for over two months. Waiting waiting waiting. What is wrong with this game??? Ive played this game for years and dumped a ton of money into it and even after I knew for a fact they were double dipping me,
"(Charging my credit card twice for the same charge)" I still stuck with it because I love this darn game sooooo very much. I dont know what to do or how to fix it, but I just got Tom before this happened and bought a bunch of diamonds. Im not sure if it happened during a new update or what but Im sick and tired of not being able to play my one and only game on my iPhone. I dont know if its a scam or what but tech support that cant speak any English is very frustrating and makes me wanna get rid of the game. Idk anymore. WAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING waiting waiting waiting. Its getting to be BS!!! What to do.???????????
