Since being bought out Support for Hay Day is .....
In the past when I had an issue I received immediate support and the support team was very good about reading and answering your concerns. Now the support team does not seem to read or understand the messages.
I have written about 11 times on one issue Im having with the new Boosters (mine do not work...all I can do is swap one for itself which then of course trashes it)
Supercell just sends me a very condescending reply EXPLAINING how to use my Boosters. It is the same reply with different condescending 1st paragraph, over and over.
I have played Hay Day for years. Im an adult. Im very familiar with technology. This is an insult to my intelligence and me personally.
I want to get an acknowledgement that I do have an issue with the game play and NOT a generic answer geared towards a 10 year old.
Do not play unless you are willing to be totally frustrated and insulted by the support team once you encounter a problem...
They will not help resolve anything.
I miss the previous owners of Supercell and its support team!
