Trading could use work

I think trading among team members could use some work. Maybe instead of just giving over items for free, it could be sold between team members. This might make it more beneficial and allow people to be more active... or allow bartering and actual trading of items between players....

Also, for the derby challenges... it would be nice if you could have multiple active tasks at one time
