I need Help Please!

I am very much disappointed from the hay day support team :( i Lost my farm progress with passage of weeks i m losing my temper its been weeks i am waiting for my farm to be recover. They asked my Strange questions that i know no one will be able to answer because we are human but they ask the exact year and month and i cant remember :( they said we cant give ur farm back i used to love hay day was a regular player but now i m disappointed :(
