TrainStation Suggestions

When guests finish eating or sleeping in the train station, I hope to receive their gifts by one click instead of 42 clicks in a row. And hopefully I can review their offerings by a summary pop up.
When I send them to different stores, I hope there are individual store icons available beside their names. When I open the guest list, I dont want to see those pop up windows because there are too many.
Please help reduce the amount of clicks
