Unresponsive customer support

This is a fun game when working properly. Too many glitches that customer support seems intent on blaming on the player. They do it with a smile and upbeat attitude, but that does not help much when you experience a glitch that cost you and your neighborhood serious problems. Sometimes the customer IS right, but not to the HD customer support.
